Japan TV Sync Issue. In many cases the issue can be resolved by changing the Media Player in JapanTV settings. There are 3 players for you to try: Google Player, System (player) and Third-party (player). Perhaps changing the player setting your experience of Japan TV will greatly improve.
NHK Channels may not be available to new customers due to a request to exclude them until an agreement is reached with NHK related companies. The provider is working as quickly as possible to reach an agreement. We apologise for this inconvenience.

Can I buy more than one plan?
Yes you can because we offer a secure shopping cart. When you select an item just click continue shopping to keep adding plans.
If I make a mistake can I cancel?
Yes, for sure. Just go to your cart and using the plus and subtract arrows. “0” will void and cancel that item in your shopping cart.
Is it cheaper to purchase a one year subscription?
Absolutely. For example, if you purchase a Japan TV Deluxe plan by the month for 12 months your cost will be $360. If you purchase the one year in advance your cost will be $219. You save a huge $141!
Which plan is better?
Both are excellent and you will not be disappointed with either. Japan TV has movies on demand and a few extra channels. We suggest reviewing the TV guides for each to make an informed decision.
