JnexTV”Failed to Load” Issue 20th February 2024
The provider informs us that this issue seems to be happening with customers who have older Android device operating systems. The fix would normally be to upgrade to newer devices but an app has been tested and seems to fix the issue. The app is available from our downloads page.
NHK Channels may not be available to new customers due to a request to exclude them until an agreement is reached with NHK related companies. The provider is working as quickly as possible to reach an agreement. We apologise for this inconvenience.
Japan TV Sync Issue. In many cases the issue can be resolved by changing the Media Player in JapanTV settings. There are 3 players for you to try: Google Player, System (player) and Third-party (player). Perhaps changing the player setting your experience of Japan TV will greatly improve.
Japan TV. Japan TV has a new IOS player called MuxPlayer and is available in App Store. Install then launch it, input this URL and hit “Go”: tv://japan.tv
JnexTV. A new app is available for IOS users. The new app is called VN (View Navigator) and is now available in the App store. Instructions on how to use can be found on our site here https://risingsuntv.com/jnextv-tutorial/
View Navigator has been removed from the Apple App Store and the provider has yet to notify us when it will be replaced. Sorry for any inconvenience.
